Baghvan (bagh - tiger / van - forest) is a Taj Safaris / &Beyond lodge located on the edge of Pench National Park, only 5 minutes from the park gate. 12 elegant bungalow suites are spread among banyan trees overlooking a dry riverbed. Offering the usual Taj levels of luxury and &Beyond’s high standards of wildlife guiding, this the best lodge in the Pench area.

Banjaar Tola - Kanha
The luxurious Banjaar Tola is the Taj Safaris / &Beyond lodge in the Kanha National Park area and has arguably the best level of guiding you will find in Kanha. Tented guest suites, airy and contemporary in style, are spread along the banks of the Banjaar River and have panoramic views over the river where spotted deer come to drink.

Imperial Hotel - Delhi
The Imperial is one of the oldest hotels in Delhi from the Raj era and it is still one of our favourites. Its style is a quirky mélange of Victorian, colonial and Art Deco, and it has a fantastic collection of artwork of the Maharajas and black and white photos of local historical events. The location of the Imperial is excellent, in the Lutyens Garden very close to Connaught Square and only a short transfer to the airport, making it a great option for a Delhi stay whether at the beginning or end of your itinerary.

Leela - Delhi
The Leela Palace is the latest super-deluxe hotel in Delhi and wow this place is really magnificent! This is luxury on a grand scale (lavish, ornate, splendid) but with a fresh, not stuffy, feel. The hotel has a wide selection of rooms and suites to choose from, a variety of restaurants, bars and lounges, and a very flash roof-top infinity pool with views onto New Delhi.

Mahua Kothi - Bandhavgarh
Mahua Kothi is a Taj Safaris / &Beyond lodge in the Bandhavgarh National Park area, located very close the main gate in the premium game viewing zone of Bandhavgarh, now one of the top spots for tiger viewing in India. The lodge is one of the most luxurious in the area, combining high standards of Taj hospitality and service with excellent wildlife guiding from &Beyond.

Pashan Garh - Panna
Pashan Garh is a Taj Safaris / &Beyond lodge located a few miles outside the Panna National Park, on top of a small hill with fantastic views over the forest and a large waterhole. The lodge comprises 12 stylish cottages built from local stone clustered around a central courtyard, set amongst giant banyan trees. Only 31km away are the 10th-century sandstone temples of Khajuraho, now a World Heritage Site.

Rajvilas - Jaipur
The Rajvilas, built in the style of a traditional Rajasthani fort, is a typical Oberoi property delivering the very highest standards of accommodation and service. Rambagh Palace - Jaipur
Previously the official residence of the Maharaja of Jaipur, the Rambagh Palace is steeped in history and evokes the splendour of royal India at its best. This architecturally stunning hotel, which has been beautifully renovated by the Taj Group, is set in 47 acres of ornamental gardens dotted with peacocks, and offers luxurious accommodation and gracious hospitality.

Samode Haveli - Jaipur
Samode Haveli, located in the heart of the old town, is one of the few boutique hotels in Jaipur, and has been created by the same family who have converted the Samode Palace just outside Jaipur. Coach tours often stop at the hotel for lunch, but as the hotel does not take overnight tour bookings the evenings are kept quiet and intimate. This hotel is a good base while in Jaipur.
