Samode Palace - Jaipur
Located on the Delhi road to Jaipur, the Samode Palace is an ancient Rajput-Mughal palace restored in the 1980s by the Samode family and converted into a beautiful luxury hotel with a lovely warm family feel to it. Still retaining many of the original features, the palace is sprawling and quirky, perhaps a little rustic in places, and each room is unique. There is no shortage of activities available, including horse riding, camel safaris and village visits.

Samode Safari Lodge - Bandhavgarh
Samode Safari Lodge is a recent arrival in the Bandhavgarh area and is the first safari lodge by the Samode family who own heritage properties in and near Jaipur in Rajasthan. The lodge is located just a 10 minute drive from a very quiet gate into the national park, which has been offering excellent tiger sightings recently. We really rate this lodge in terms of style, sophistication and service.

Trident - Agra
The Trident is by no means a top luxury hotel but we feel it offers great value, comfort and service - and it is only 1.5 km from the Taj Mahal. It is definitely worth considering while staying in Agra if you don’t want to splash out at the Oberoi Amarvilas.

Trident Jaipur - Jaipur
The Trident in Jaipur is ideally located right on Mansagar Lake and near the famous Amber Fort. It isn’t lavish or splendid but is a comfortable, good value option if the opulence of the palaces isn’t your thing.
