The Imperial is one of the oldest hotels in Delhi from the Raj era and it is still one of our favourites, with its quirky mélange of Victorian,  colonial and Art Deco styles.  Its location is also excellent, in the Lutyens Garden very close to Connaught Square and only a short transfer to the airport, making it a great option for a Delhi stay whether at the beginning or end of your itinerary.

The top hotel in Agra, with fantastic views of the Taj Mahal from each guest room and many of the public areas, is the Oberoi Amarvilas.   This deluxe hotel offers beautiful gardens, two excellent restaurants, a swimming pool, fitness centre and spa, together with the usual Oberoi impeccable standards of service.

Mahua Kothi is a Taj Safaris / &Beyond lodge in the Bandhavgarh National Park area, located very close the main gate in the premium game viewing zone of Bandhavgarh, now one of the top spots for tiger viewing in India. The lodge is one of the most luxurious in the area, combining high standards of Taj hospitality and service with excellent wildlife guiding from &Beyond.
